After paying, open a ticket at our support portal with your service, PayPal transaction or subscription ID, and requirements. We verify payment before starting work. If you need portal access, email order@serverbuddies.com.

Do not include passwords, private keys, or AWS access keys in your payment or email. Our team will coordinate secure access separately.
